Real experiences from Malaysian players who have enjoyed our VIP program
Many players who have been on online casino platforms for a long time ask – is my loyalty actually valued? At Petronas77, the answer is yes — and it's not just an empty promise. Our VIP Rewards Program was built from the ground up with one core goal: ensuring every ringgit you wager earns you something back, and the longer you stay with us, the greater the rewards you deserve.
VIP Program Petronas77 consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every new member who registers and makes their first deposit is automatically placed in the Bronze tier. This means from the very first minute you play, you're already accumulating VIP benefits. No special application, no lengthy process — just play and let our system take care of everything for you.
One of the features players love most about Petronas77 is a transparent weekly rebate system. Unlike some platforms that promise high cashback but bury the details in hidden terms, the petronas77 VIP rebate is calculated from your actual turnover and credited every Monday — no action required on your end. For Platinum and Diamond tiers, there is absolutely no rollover requirement, meaning the rebate you receive is real money you can withdraw straight away.
For players who enjoy baccarat or roulette at the Live Casino tables, here's some great news — all games at Petronas77 counts towards your VIP turnover. From video slots you spin on your lunch break, to live baccarat sessions after work, to e-sports bets on the EPL and Malaysia Super League — it all adds up. This allows players who enjoy a variety of game types to climb the tiers faster.
The perks of Gold VIP tier really start to show when you notice your withdrawal time drop to just 5 minutes — compared to 15 minutes for regular members. This makes a real difference when you've just won and want to see the funds hit your DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet account quickly. An exclusive birthday bonus also becomes available from Gold tier onwards — a special surprise from Petronas77 every year on your birthday.
Once you reach Platinum, your gaming experience changes significantly. A personal VIP account manager will be assigned to you – someone you can WhatsApp directly for any questions, large withdrawal requests or exclusive promotional offers not available to general members. Daily withdrawal limits are removed entirely, meaning there is no cap on how much you can withdraw in a day. Invitations to exclusive events Petronas77 also becomes accessible from Platinum tier onwards.
The Diamond tier is the pinnacle of the VIP program Petronas77. Weekly 1.8% rebate with no rollover, instant withdrawals 24/7, a fully dedicated Diamond VIP manager just for you, and an upgrade reward worth RM5,000 when you first reach Diamond status. Diamond members also gain access to exclusive betting tables with significantly higher limits not available to regular players – perfect for serious players who operate on a bigger scale.
When it comes to payments, Petronas77 care about every detail. All Malaysian local payment methods are supported: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX online banking via Maybank2u as well as CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM20, while withdrawals for VIP members are processed at the highest priority in our system.
